Exchanges
If the order was not completed correctly, we will offer you a fair exchange if purchasing at the per gallon rate.

Refunds
Refunds will be available and/or given for deliveries outside the service area, incorrect ordering, or order cancelations.

Refunds for balance of undelivered fuel when ordering over 100 gallons will be credited back to the original payment method.

If less than 100 gallons of fuel is delivered, the charge will be the going rate for a 100 gallon minimum delivery, any remaining balance after the minimum delivery will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
