- Customer tanks are privately owned and not property or asset of another entity. Consumer assumes all liability for falsifying agreement to this information.
- All Equipment (Tank, Regulators, Valves, Seals, Fittings, Hoses, Pipes, and related equipment) has been inspected and inspection date is valid and has not lapsed or expired.
- Bulk-Propane is not liable for damages by faulty equipment.
